i don’t know if it’s because i went on free museum day and was super overwhelmed by the massive crowd, but i was actually underwhelmed with the diane von furstenberg exhibit at lacma. the dresses were pretty, obviously, but if you’ve seen photos of the exhibit online, then you’ve seen it. to be honest, we had more fun taking photos against the patterned walls than anything else. maybe if you’re a huge dvf fan it would be a bit more rewarding but my advice would be to definitely NOT go on a day with a huge crowd!
